Prior to placing an individual with your Company, we try our
best to determine if there is a position description, is it
current and does it adequately reflect the expectations of
the person in the position. We try to determine what skills
beyond the technical ability to do the job will contribute
to the overall success of your organization and what personality
or temperament will best compliment the team being created.
After making a Temp, Temp-Hire, or Contract placement, if
an individual fails to meet your expectations, just let us
know. We will do whatever it takes to satisfy our customers,
including not charging for work performed by
the individual if you notify us within a reasonable amount
of time. At a minimum, you would not be charged for
the first 4 hours and we would immediately begin working on
a replacement.
Direct Hire placements that do not meet your expectations
within the first 30 days will be replaced at "No Charge" or
a prorated refund will be given.
Professional, Technical and Executive placements that do not
meet your expectations within the first 90 days will be replaced
at "No Charge" or a prorated refund will be given.
